For the seekers of new adventures. This Day Tour provides one action-packed day which will take you on a journey through the beautiful Central Coast of NSW. Discover in a day, beautiful scenes, meet Australian wildlife, feel refreshing waterfalls, walk on pristine beaches, take in breath-taking views and immerse yourself in "The Coast" vibe. Our local tour guide will take you on a journey picking you up from set locations within the Sydney CBD and taking you on an exciting tour to a hidden gem of Australia. Departure from Sydney CBD will be at 7-7.30am so pick-up times may be earlier from 5am-6.30am depending on which pick-up location you choose to be picked up from. Departure from Central Coast to come back to Sydney CBD will be at 6.30pm. Also provide local pick up with in the Central Coast. Inclusions in this tour include: A mini bus + enthusiastic tour guide/ driver, cold water and small snacks, Entry to all venues on the tour including the Australian Reptile Park and national parks that are entered, due to COVID-19 Pandemic we supply you with: disposable face mask, hand sanitiser and anti bacterial wipes. Due to COVID, Lunch will NOT be provided. It will be at your own expense or BYO. Please bring your hat, towel, sunscreen as the harsh sunny weather can have an effect on your skin safety, comfy walking shoes as we will be going to locations that do require us to trek around, cash for souvenirs and identification BUT most importantly don't forget to bring along your fun adventurous self. We only run small tours each day that has limited seats available as we do only use a small bus to make sure you guys get an intimate insight into this beautiful place so don't miss out on this opportunity for a new adventure. Due to the pandemic of the COVID-19 seats are limited to 6 spots on the bus per day and hygiene restrictions apply to help prevent the spread of the virus. When you book please refer to the pick-up point map and inform us of your closest pick up point that we will come take you on the journey from. Please do inform us of any special requirements when booking so that we can adjust the day accordingly to make sure you have the experience you deserve. We recommend, before booking for the tour, to please familiarise yourself with our policies and procedures located in the Terms and Conditions page. NOTE: We do not have access to wheelchair lifts or disability supports so we apologise for any inconvenience to those who may be affected.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING AND REFUND POLICY: Because we are a boutique, small group tour company we have limited seats available on each tour. Personal Identification: At the time of booking you must provide us with your personal identification details. Evidence of your identity will be required prior to boarding the bus. Incorrect details may result in delays or you losing your place on the tour. Booking: The tour fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please familiarise yourself with our Refund Policy as bookings do have a time frame for cancellation. Because we pride ourselves in keeping the community safe we strongly advise that bookings are to be only made online at the website at www.thenomadicant.com.au or through one of our third party providers. Acceptable Behaviour: No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of the Nomadic Ant, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. The Nomadic Ant will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour for any reason. Inclusions: All coach travel, accommodation. meals and entry fees as per the itinerary. We also provide snacks and bottled water on the coach. For your safety, hand sanitiser and disposable masks are supplied during Covid-19. Liability: The Nomadic Ant has arranged this tour upon the express condition that it will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or vessel of another company engaged to provide transportation on behalf of The Nomadic Ant. Whilst the Nomadic Ant will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour, it accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss of enjoyment or inconvenience experienced by passengers due to circumstances beyond its control. Pricing: Prices are based on twin share acccommodation unless specified otherwise. Information as stated is correct at time of publication, but is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or alter the itinerary should circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. If the tour has insufficient bookings, it may be cancelled with full refund paid. Refund Policy: At the Nomadic Ant we understand that sometimes unforeseen things happen. Should you wish to re-schedule your booking, we require one weeks notice and we will endeavour to book you on to the next available tour date where we have seating availability. Should you wish to cancel your booking a minimum of 14 days notice is required. Full refunds will only be given if cancellations are received 14 days prior to the commencement of the tour. If less than 14 days cancellation but more than 7 days notice is given a fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your tour will be deducted and you will be refunded 50% of the cost of your tour booking. Less than 7 days notice prior to tour departure, for non attendance or non completion of the tour, a loss of the full booking fee. Full Refunds will be considered outside of these terms if at the discretion of The Nomadic Ant there have been extenuating circumstances for the cancellation. Death or Sickness scenarios may be refunded on proof of a loss in the family or you have fallen ill or suffer from some sort of illness that will not allow you to attend the tour on compassionate grounds.
