Service Description

Welcome to The Nomadic Ant! Offering a mini bus hire with driver for your special occasions to be able to get you from point A to B whether it be an amazing event such as a wedding or work function or a party, even transport for other events such as funeral services or simply just moving a group from one place to the other. Making it much more convenient for everyone to be together instead of all the hassle of parking or meeting up or arranging where to meet even being able to celebrate together instead of worrying about who is going to drive or how you will get to the place. We are here to help. This package includes a 13 passenger seating arrangement in a Toyota Hiace Commuter mini bus plus a driver to get you to your destinations. This is not a tour and does not include a tour, it is simply a shuttle bus and driver to get you from point A to B on your occasions. Booking in advance is highly essential. You must contact us directly via email or phone to discuss details of your event and to reserve our bus+driver for the day. We require you contact us and book minimum 1 week in advanced as we do not want to clash with other scheduled trips that we provide. Prices are all inclusive and daily price. Making it much simpler. We simply just give you a mini bus + a Driver + 1 full tank of fuel (if extra fuel is required it is at your own expense). This service is only catered to the Central Coast of NSW. If you are outside the Central Coast and would love us to be your shuttle then added extra costs will be incurred. After the first included fuel tank has become depleted, you must pay the extra cost for the next tank. The driver will only provide you with the service in the time frame of the event but capping the hours at 12 hours. As we do charge by the day. If the 12 hours has been exceeded there will be additional costs which are an extra $150 an hour. So please be mindful and respectful of our driver as we take pride in keeping our driver safe and providing you with a good service. We look forward to providing you with our services. Cancellation Policy

BOOKING AND REFUND POLICY: Because we are a boutique, small group tour company we have limited seats available on each tour. Personal Identification: At the time of booking you must provide us with your personal identification details. Evidence of your identity will be required prior to boarding the bus. Incorrect details may result in delays or you losing your place on the tour. Booking: The tour fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please familiarise yourself with our Refund Policy as bookings do have a time frame for cancellation. Because we pride ourselves in keeping the community safe we strongly advise that bookings are to be only made online at the website at www.thenomadicant.com.au or through one of our third party providers. Acceptable Behaviour: No passenger will be permitted to embark or continue on the tour while their mental or physical condition is, in the opinion of any representative of the Nomadic Ant, such as to render them incapable of caring for themselves, or whereby they become objectionable to other passengers, or they become a hazard to themselves or other passengers. The Nomadic Ant will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour for any reason. Inclusions: All coach travel, accommodation. meals and entry fees as per the itinerary. We also provide snacks and bottled water on the coach. For your safety, hand sanitiser and disposable masks are supplied during Covid-19. Liability: The Nomadic Ant has arranged this tour upon the express condition that it will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or vessel of another company engaged to provide transportation on behalf of The Nomadic Ant. Whilst the Nomadic Ant will take all reasonable steps to provide an enjoyable tour, it accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss of enjoyment or inconvenience experienced by passengers due to circumstances beyond its control. Pricing: Prices are based on twin share acccommodation unless specified otherwise. Information as stated is correct at time of publication, but is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or alter the itinerary should circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. If the tour has insufficient bookings, it may be cancelled with full refund paid. Refund Policy: At the Nomadic Ant we understand that sometimes unforeseen things happen. Should you wish to re-schedule your booking, we require one weeks notice and we will endeavour to book you on to the next available tour date where we have seating availability. Should you wish to cancel your booking a minimum of 14 days notice is required. Full refunds will only be given if cancellations are received 14 days prior to the commencement of the tour. If less than 14 days cancellation but more than 7 days notice is given a fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your tour will be deducted and you will be refunded 50% of the cost of your tour booking. Less than 7 days notice prior to tour departure, for non attendance or non completion of the tour, a loss of the full booking fee. Full Refunds will be considered outside of these terms if at the discretion of The Nomadic Ant there have been extenuating circumstances for the cancellation. Death or Sickness scenarios may be refunded on proof of a loss in the family or you have fallen ill or suffer from some sort of illness that will not allow you to attend the tour on compassionate grounds.
